Job Description:
Following are the job duties and responsibilities attached to this job
- Attend the meeting with supervisor to get the briefing about the shift, properly sign the task sheet and handover the equipment and walkie talkie to the key section
- Follow the rules and standards while cleaning the room and bed sheets
- Taking care that items are available in Mini bar and keeping track of all items presented
- If any maintenance is required in any room or at any floor call the floor supervisor immediately so that the problem could be solved before customer is arriving
- Handover and take care of all lost and found items as this is the personal property of the guests so keep it with careful manner
- Attend the special duties assigned by the floor supervisor or housekeeping supervisor and assist the gests when and where required
- Candidate must be having full information about the hotel and all the services their price list and other amenities so that same should be communicated to customer and to ensure that there is no any inconvenience from attendant.
