Job Description :
Following job duties and responsibilities will be included in the job description of airport service agent:
- Prime responsibility will include to welcome and greet customers warmly.
- Selling airline tickets, Communicating prices and packages of the airline to customers and receiving payments from the customers.
- Handling the baggage related issues by taking care of the customers’ belongings.
- Conducting checking and examining the baggage to ensure safety.
- Assisting passengers during boarding and answering all their quires when they have any.
- Ensuring safety and security on the airline
- cleaning the airline after flight
Job Requirements:
- 12 Years of education is required
- Degrees must be attested from respective ministry of education
- Age limit should not be exceeding from 45
- Passport must be valid with at least two pages blank
- Passport size pictures with white background
- Arabic language speaking will be advantageous
- Candidate must be very presentable and good looking
