Head Accountabilities
The point of convergence for clients’ delivery demands for land, ocean, and airship cargo.
Coordinate with inward procedure on all transportation demands.
Give cargo answers for clients to land, ocean, and airship cargo.
Creates associations with designated clients
Oversee start to finish shipment life cycle liaising with all inner and outer partners
Proactively advises the client regarding the shipment status, and exemptions and gives halfway updates on an episode arrangement
Gives spot citations and closes contract
Takes and handles client requests, for example Track and Trace
Answerable for all KPIs and SLAs concurred with assigned clients
Takes and registers all client objections
Drives arrangement of client grumblings by settling them straightforwardly or allotting errands to other capacity
Goes about as a first contact point for client claims; upholds the client in notice and gathering of cases, gives claims reports, gathers required records from the petitioner, and hands over to specific cases controllers when archives are finished
Guarantee consistent exchange liaising with Pricing and Billing groups
Key Requirements :
3-5 years experience in Freight Forwarding/Freight overall – obligatory experience
2-5 years experience in Customer Service ideally taking care of key business clients
Great item information (land, ocean, and airship cargo)
Working information on transportation the executives frameworks (TMS)
Business sharpness to drive deals
Capacity to deal with testing circumstances in a made way
Great English Verbal and Written abilities
