Job duties as follows. Important thing is candidate must be prepared and well informed about the safety procedures.

It is responsibility of the officer to take care and to ensure the safety of all workers at the construction site.
Officer is responsible for the safely disposal of the waste products or bi products from the construction site.
There are safety code of conduct for every issue arising on site. Manager is responsible to comply with all standard.
Attending staff Meeting and presenting the developments.
